Hello! My name is Danica.
In 2023 I committed myself to losing weight with a personal trainer. I counted calories, macros, had a step goal everyday and went to the gym four days a week. I succesfully lost 12 kilos!
During this time, I still wanted to enjoy desserts but that often meant buying desserts from local cafes or businesses, where I wasn't aware of the calories and macros. The next day I would always feel guilty that I went off track and it took me a few days to get back on track in my dieting phase.
That's why I started Hunrgy Planner! Even when you have to plan and track calories - there should always be room to treat yourself with a dessert.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you know the calories and macros for each dessert?
During the baking process every ingredient is measured precisely and cookies are weighed individually before cooking so that they are all the same weight. Additionally, I input all ingredients into the MyFitnessPal app in order to get correct macros and calories for each individual brownie and cookie.
Why is Hungry Planner different?
Hungry Planner was created with the idea that you shouldn't have to decide between treating yourself to a dessert and working towards your health goals. We make delicious, freshly baked treats with their calories and macros in mind - so you can enjoy dessert without the guilt!
How long will my desserts last?
Desserts are recommended to use within four days of purchasing! Also, no need to refridgerate but they are definitely better once heated up for 20 seconds in the microwave!
Can I place a large order for an event or catering?
Yes, we offer catering services for events of all sizes. Whether you're planning a corporate meeting, a party, or a special celebration, we can create a custom order to suit your needs. Just contact us in at least two weeks in advance, and we'll take care of the rest.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders will close on Wednesdays every week. Simply select your pick up date upon checkout.
How should I store my desserts?
All products should be stored in an airtight container. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them as fresh as possible.
Do you cater for allergies?
Our products contain common allergens, which are listed with each product. All products are prepared in the same kitchen and therefore, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Do you offer different flavoured cookies and brownies?
At the moment we are sticking to the basics! However, once there is enough interest we will be looking at introducing limited-edition and seasonal flavours to keep things interesting.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup is available from our Ballarat location. Your pickup details will be provided when your order is confirmed!
Delivery is only available for large orders within the Ballarat region and, will include a small delivery fee.
